not really, the minutemen missions get repetitive, there is no level cap, you can get every skill/perk and that makes you become so over powered its not even fun to play. the dialogue wasn't any thing special, the game engine is pretty old, and you dont emit the same level of emotion when you play fallout 4 as in witcher 3. i have played witcher 3 2 times, and fallout 4 3 times, so there are my sources.
Well, of course Arkham Knight has a linear story, but there als also a lot of side missions and collectable items and you can examine the city freely, so yes, I still tink that it is an open world game.
in Fallout, there is no futuristic blade = you are obrigated to RUN and RUN *ALL THE FUCKING TIME, FROM ANY ENEMY!* is quite annoying (and drives my crazy!) when developers think the concept of "futuristic weapon" is "futuristic fire arm!"
The gameplay chosen for this video had me shaking my head. Why not put some of your best moments up, instead of a Witcher accidently sheathing his sword against low level wolves and then getting mauled?
so i must say i dont like the witcher im from germany sorry for the Bad english. i played this game 3 days and than i changed it

-the World is big but i think the Grafik is not the best
-the fight scenes are Boring and not good designed
