[How to join]
To play Zombie Escape all you need to do is load Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, click on the play tab, click on browse community servers, click on the internet servers tab, once that has finished click on maps, go down to ze/zm and click on the server you would like to play. You do not need to download the ze/zm mod separately. The server downloads what you need as you join.

SteamGamers and GFL still use fail grenades on some maps. Trolls still stand at the back knifing zombies forward and ruining the rounds.
It is the likes of Zeus that simplify everything. No this, no that, lets add some smoke grenades to freeze the zombies and things like that. Making the maps heavily human favoured. I complained about it loads when it was the only active server, now there are loads I spend my time elsewhere.
I never record and upload every round of the map so people only ever see the perfect round when everything clicks.
I think your in game sounds might be too loud, can barely hear anything over the gunshots. Constantly changing volume between when you talk and when it's just shooting. I realize this is just game play but I think hearing the in game voice chat is still warranted.
+Tony Cai I don't think you can. If I turn down the master volume in the options it doesn't seem to make any difference to the microphone receive volume. It lowers that too. I will try and tweak my settings the next time I go in-game. If anyone knows a way where you can make the voice receive volume slightly higher than the main game sounds that'd be helpful.
I have tried looking into it in the past. On Source it's fine, you can hear the speech over the music and the gunfire 99% of the time, on GO it seems a little more complicated as everything is so loud even when the settings are lowered. I can turn the gunfire off by a server plugin !stopsound but I would then be relying on microphone users regularly, or it would be too quiet without providing a commentary in which I have never done.
