lol, shader settings on low rendering the game unplayable, because you can't see shiny skins?.  What about the fact that it gets rid of annoying reflections all over the map giving you a visual advantage. I wish skins were never put into counterstrike.....

When you throw flashbang at the ground on different throw types, it's first bounce differs, right ? But what if the strongest throw (mouse 1) isn't the one which makes flashbang bounce higher? Holding both M1 and M2 makes it bounce higher. But if you hold both M1 and M2, then release M2 and after like 0.5 seconds you release mouse 1 you can easily bounce flash over food crates at dust 2.

You say sand is the only texture which does not have this bigger cloud. However doesnt middle doors on DD2 have a sand material? Which does produce this higher type of cloud? Maybe Im missing something.

The reason that the sand in the video did not generate an individual explosion-debris-effect is because you used the texture "valuesand", which is a dev texture. Its $surfaceprop parameter in its .vmt is set to "default" and not "sand". If you use a sand texture that does use the value "sand" instead, you'll find out that a grenade thrown onto it generates the same effect as grass/dirt (0:55). I did not write this comment, just copied and pasted it from a comment by Le Reff further down.

If you shoot a shot with a usp-s (and m4a1-s i don't know for sure) and takes off the silencer in just that moment. the shot won't count from your ammunition. You'll have to be really fast though and click right click before left click i think ;3

I think you are looking too much into this.. but I suppose that's why we all love your videos, and I love them too. The thing is, degrading visual beauty, especially for people with nice PCs, isn't something you should do even IF it gives you a supposed competitive edge. To be truly good at a game is to be able to get passed anything obscuring your vision on any setting, and winning. Overcoming an obstacle. Also, you never showed medium settings in these videos so far, which is the setting I have for Shader detail only because that setting hurts my FPS the most. Like most people, I have a 60HZ monitor and get 60FPS, but not on certain maps, especially new ones, unless Shader detail is on medium. Most of this, I think, is placebo, especially the nonsense about having to have more than 100FPS.

That last update of CS:GO as of OCT20'th has glitched smoke grenades for several people! Please Like if you've experienced this. Bugs I've experienced in casual; Smoke grenades and the smoke from molotov's are INVISIBLE (Unless you stand in them) There is something wrong with the player to server views, it's as if I have over 400 ping despite having a measly 50 on average. Enemies gunshots are not heard, all you hear is the "squishy" sound when someone gets hit. All because CS wanted to add signatures to stickers. Valve, please fix.

3Kliksphilip you should make a quick video to see what happens if you start defusing without a kit but then someone dies and and you pick up a kit mid-defuse? Extra: What happens if after the timer runs out, and CT's have won the round but the bomb is planted... what if that bomb is defused?

+c0mrade Actually I'm a PC gamer. My rig has a 3770k and a gtx 970.  I play lots of different FPS games from battlefield to insurgency. I even own CS:GO although I'm not a fan of the over competitive nature. I Haven't played CoD since Black Ops 1 came out and I dont even own a console.  So your assumptions are completely false. I have a very good friend in real life who appens to be a cod fan, nobody is perfect you know, he's still a good person. I can say you that we didn't crush cod fan's dreams, for only one reason, they are deaf toward cod, they arived to a point where they don't see the problems of there games, and see as a flaw every mechanics that are too different from cod... CS : How do I aim down sight ? Why can't I sprint ? Why have I to sellect my knife or my grenades in my invery to be able to use it, it's stupide, it's just as boring as navigating in rpg menue to use health potions, they eaven made a health potion hotkey for rpg, hot keys are the futur ! UT : OOOOOOOOOOOOH ! THIS GAME IS TOO FUCKING FAST, and why do I cary 11 weapons at the same time, it's stupide, why is there only 11 weapons in the game ? It's not enougth ! -There is only 11 weapons for two reasons, you can cary all the gun of the game, having to much guns is pointless... and there is 11 key on top of the keyboard. (there actually is 13 yes, but the one at the complete left is for oppening the console, and the + there in case you want it for something else.) Why is the sky blue? On a clear sunny day, the sky above us looks bright blue. In the evening, the sunset puts on a brilliant show of reds, pinks and oranges. Why is the sky blue? What makes the sunset red? To answer these questions, we must learn about light, and the Earth's atmosphere. THE ATMOSPHERE The atmosphere is the mixture of gas molecules and other materials surrounding the earth. It is made mostly of the gases nitrogen (78%), and oxygen (21%). Argon gas and water (in the form of vapor, droplets and ice crystals) are the next most common things. There are also small amounts of other gases, plus many small solid particles, like dust, soot and ashes, pollen, and salt from the oceans. The composition of the atmosphere varies, depending on your location, the weather, and many other things. There may be more water in the air after a rainstorm, or near the ocean. Volcanoes can put large amounts of dust particles high into the atmosphere. Pollution can add different gases or dust and soot. The atmosphere is densest (thickest) at the bottom, near the Earth. It gradually thins out as you go higher and higher up. There is no sharp break between the atmosphere and space. LIGHT WAVES Light is a kind of energy that radiates, or travels, in waves. Many different kinds of energy travel in waves. For example, sound is a wave of vibrating air. Light is a wave of vibrating electric and magnetic fields. It is one small part of a larger range of vibrating electromagnetic fields. This range is called the electromagnetic spectrum. Electromagnetic waves travel through space at 299,792 km/sec (186,282 miles/sec). This is called the speed of light. The energy of the radiation depends on its wavelength and frequency. Wavelength is the distance between the tops (crests) of the waves. Frequency is the number of waves that pass by each second. The longer the wavelength of the light, the lower the frequency, and the less energy it contains. COLORS OF LIGHT Visible light is the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that our eyes can see. Light from the sun or a light bulb may look white, but it is actually a combination of many colors. We can see the different colors of the spectrum by splitting the light with a prism. The spectrum is also visible when you see a rainbow in the sky. The colors blend continuously into one another. At one end of the spectrum are the reds and oranges. These gradually shade into yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The colors have different wavelengths, frequencies, and energies. Violet has the shortest wavelength in the visible spectrum. That means it has the highest frequency and energy. Red has the longest wavelength, and lowest frequency and energy. LIGHT IN THE AIR Light travels through space in a straight line as long as nothing disturbs it. As light moves through the atmosphere, it continues to go straight until it bumps into a bit of dust or a gas molecule. Then what happens to the light depends on its wave length and the size of the thing it hits. Dust particles and water droplets are much larger than the wavelength of visible light. When light hits these large particles, it gets reflected, or bounced off, in different directions. The different colors of light are all reflected by the particle in the same way. The reflected light appears white because it still contains all of the same colors. Gas molecules are smaller than the wavelength of visible light. If light bumps into them, it acts differently. When light hits a gas molecule, some of it may get absorbed. After awhile, the molecule radiates (releases, or gives off) the light in a different direction. The color that is radiated is the same color that was absorbed. The different colors of light are affected differently. All of the colors can be absorbed. But the higher frequencies (blues) are absorbed more often than the lower frequencies (reds). This process is called Rayleigh scattering. (It is named after Lord John Rayleigh, an English physicist, who first described it in the 1870's.) WHY IS THE SKY BLUE? The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air. However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue. As you look closer to the horizon, the sky appears much paler in color. To reach you, the scattered blue light must pass through more air. Some of it gets scattered away again in other directions. Less blue light reaches your eyes. The color of the sky near the horizon appears paler or white. LEARN MORE ABOUT:THE ATMOSPHERE WHAT IS THE ATMOSPHERE? LAYERS OF THE ATMOSPHERE The atmosphere is divided into layers based on temperature, composition and electrical properties. LAYERS BASED ON COMPOSITION Homosphere · The lowest 100 km (60 miles), including the Troposphere, Stratosphere and Mesosphere. · Contains 99% of the atmosphere's mass. · Molecules do not stratify by molecular weight. · Although small local variations exist, it has a relatively uniform composition, due to continuous mixing, turbulence and eddy diffusion. · Water is one of two components that is not equally distributed. As water vapor rises, it cools and condenses, returning to earth as rain and snow. The Stratosphere is extremely dry. · Ozone is another molecule not equally distributed. (Read about the ozone layer in the Stratosphere section below.) Heterosphere · Extends above homosphere, including the Thermosphere and Exosphere. ·Stratified (components are separated in layers) based on molecular weight. The heavier molecules, like nitrogen and oxygen, are concentrated in the lowest levels. The lighter ones, helium and hydrogen, predominate higher up. LAYERS BASED ON ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES Neutral atmosphere · Below about 100 km (60 miles) Ionosphere · Above about 100 km · Contains electrically charged particles or ions, created by the absorption of UV (ultraviolet) light. · The degree of ionization varies with altitude. · Different layers reflect long and short radio waves. This allows radio signals to be sent around the curved surface of the earth. · The Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis (the Northern and Southern Lights) occur in this layer. · The Magnetosphere is the upper part of the ionosphere, extending out to 64,000 km (40,000 miles.) It protects us from the high energy, electrically charged particles of the solar wind, which are trapped by the Earth's magnetic field. LAYERS BASED ON TEMPERATURE Troposphere - Height depends on the seasons and latitude. It extends from ground level up to about 16 km (10 miles) at the equator, and to 9 km (5 miles) at the North and South Poles. · The prefix "tropo" means change. Changing conditions in the Troposphere result in our weather. · Temperature decreases with increasing altitude. Warm air rises, then cools and falls back to Earth. This process is called convection, and results in huge movements of air. Winds in this layer are mostly vertical. · Contains more air molecules than all the other layers combined. Effect High & Shaders High = can't see through grenade, Effect Low & Shader High = can't see through Molotov. So Either way you are crewed. Valve pls fix, game unplayable.
