Just shift-right click on the iso and select copy as path. Takes like 2 steps out of it.

Alternative Way, follow the instructions up to creating the shortcut and selecting properites for it. Go to where you keep the iso, hold shift, right click on it and select "copy as path" then just go to Control Panel under target, press space and just paste what it said, it will be it in it's entirety; Saves you a bit of time and more accurate.

I made them in photoshop. some icons you can find on google images though. you have to covert them to .ico to be used as an icon.

Ive seen this error before, it usually happens when the game isos themselves dont have the right extension. make sure that your rom files are extracted into a folder and all have the .iso on the end, another issue could be that your plugins have not been set up yet, did you run PCSX2 at least once and use the default plugins?
