Metro 2033: OST - Riga (Jazzy music style) Original Soundtrack was composed by Alexey Omelchuk and Geogogiy Beloglazov, (also known as Anthesteria) and was engineered by Dmitry Kuzmenko. ** Music information ** --------------------------------- This more light hearted and jazzy tune is played almost solely in Riga and Exhibition. It is always heard from record players. A dialogue between 2 Metro citizens can be heard in Exhibition station, home of Artyom: "Hey, where did you get that record?" "I got it from a Ranger for a ton of ammo" "You sure you don't regret it?" The Piano has the accompaniment with the help of a Contrabass playing the basnotes of the main chords. The Trombone has the first melody, which is at the second half of the soundtrack replaced by either a trumpet or a muted/softened trombone. --------------------------------- The sound has been uploaded without compression, so the quality sound of this soundtrack is guaranteed to be the best available on Youtube. Metro: Last Light - Redemption, Good Ending, Alternative Ending Full HD [Save D6] (1080p)

The alternative and good ending from Metro: Last Light in Full HD. This will unlock the 'Redemtion' achievement. In order to unlock this ending, one must have triggered enough good or positivly moral actions in the game to convince the Dark Ones of your right to live or being saved. Doing so will save D6 from being detonated and will also spare Artyom, Khan and Miller. Artyom will also have a brief final conversation with the little Dark One before the Dark Ones departure to somewhere else. Examples of good moral actions are: - avoiding killing any enemies if possible. In Metro: Last Light this is pretty easy and there are at least 4 to 5 levels where you can COMPLETELY avoid any enemies from being killed. - On the level Bandits, make sure to save every woman and child and/or hostages in time! - Also, a few enemies will surrender when they spot you, so DON'T shoot those. - Saving the bear in the Garden from the watchers is very important, as well as sparing Pavel (This one is probably one of the most important, if not the most important one)! You can also spare Letnitsky, do so! - Listen to many conversations of all sort of people, preferably all of them. Contrary to belief, many people say that looting dead bodies is not allowed. This is WRONG for both Metro 2033 and Last Light. Loot as much as you can! The bad ending is triggered whenever one has not collected enough moral points in the game. When this happens, the little Dark One will simply not appear and you (Artyom) will blow up D6 and as such kill everyone at that location. Anna stays behind and is shown a few years later in Exhibition in Artyom his room with what would be their child. He asks if his papa was brave, by which she replies he was "The bravest of us all". This ending causes the death of Artyom, Khan, Miller and all the Red Line soldiers that were in D6 at the time. If you don't like that, consider going for the Redemption achievement. It is not confirmed that they will pursue their relationship as before Artyom departed to D6 they seemed very distantly, but given the fact that the redemption ending learns Artyom the right things about the whole Metro and life in general, and that Anna says in the bad ending that he was the bravest of us all in a matter that she really cared about him it seems most likely that they would continue their relationship. Note that the above theory is just MY theory and does not bear any confirmation towards the plot of the game at all. I just think that sounds the most logical end, as I wouldn't see where it has to go wrong unless imaginating a lot of issues. UT2004 Convoy is based on a real-existent multiplayer map of Unreal Tournament 2004 itself, and has been carefully rebuilt into the Source Engine. There are many different hold spots, and punctual teamwork is required to win the map. Difficulties are progressivly difficult, but novice already proved to be difficult on its own, though we did hold out as you can see. You cannot 'not have played' this map, it's masterpiece of brushworks and props, combined with fun and challenging gameplay, so gab your hands on it, and test it out on any server! Have fun! It's not one of the easiest, and usually unknown to most of the players, new and veteran, making it even more difficult to beat at higher difficulties. That's what resumes this map... No of course not, but it's indeed a map based on the Pirates of the Carribean movie, namely the Port Royal which appears in one of its movies. The map features 5 levels with the same beginning each time, but at a certain 'central point' in the map changes directions for different gameplay elements/types and offers a variety of bossbattles that are pretty neat! I wouldn't say that the visuals are that great, though it's far better than what most ZE maps dare to show off. The gameplay, in any case, is definitly there and makes you want to play the map more than often till the end of the timeleft! You can not NOT have played this map, it's just that good. Perhaps if you are one of those "I played it once now I never want to see it EVER AGAIN!" then it's probably good for once, but if you are not (and I hope so) then this map is definitly gonna take your attention all the way till the end! The Walking Dead 400 Days DLC: Vince Storyline (Full HD 1080p!) This video does not contain loading parts/screens, I cut them out! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Below description may contain spoilers, so read at your own risk! ** Video information ** ------------------------------------------ When playing in chronological order, Vince is the first character to be played as his story takes place earliest in time, which is 2 days after the incident. Vince starts out of what seems to be killing someone that likely has something to do with his brother (this is implied later in the level). He then attempts to run away and hide from the police by throwing his gun on the roof or keeping it with him, you can also throw it in the trashcan. Regardless of the choice, Vince gets captured and is on his way to prison. There he meets Justin and Danny, 2 other criminals. ** Characters/Decision information ** ----------------------------------------------------- In order to make all of the characters come with you, the following has to be done: - Vince will only come if you choose Justin instead of the Rapist. There is no other way!! - Wyatt agrees instantly with Tavia if you left Eddie behind. If he left you behind, Tavia has to mention that they might find friends or family in the community. - Russel will only come if Tavia mentions that they might find friends or family in the community. There is no other way!! - Bonnie will always come by default, no actions will prevent her from joining Tavia. - Shel will come if you decide to leave the gas station with the RV. If you killed Stephanie instead, she will only come if Tavia brings up the existence of other children at the settlement. The best way would be doing all the right decisions for each of the characters, and only have Russel be the one that needs conviction of Tavia, otherwise you might loose people without being able to do something against it at the epilogue, such as having to choose between either Russel/Wyatt or Shel. That's what resumes this map... No of course not, but it's indeed a map based on the Pirates of the Carribean movie, namely the Port Royal which appears in one of its movies. The map features 5 levels with the same beginning each time, but at a certain 'central point' in the map changes directions for different gameplay elements/types and offers a variety of bossbattles that are pretty neat! I wouldn't say that the visuals are that great, though it's far better than what most ZE maps dare to show off. The gameplay, in any case, is definitly there and makes you want to play the map more than often till the end of the timeleft! You can not NOT have played this map, it's just that good. Perhaps if you are one of those "I played it once now I never want to see it EVER AGAIN!" then it's probably good for once, but if you are not (and I hope so) then this map is definitly gonna take your attention all the way till the end! The Walking Dead 400 Days DLC: The complete storyline in chronological order (Full HD 1080p!) This can also be considered as a movie since I cut out the loading parts/screens! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Below description may contain spoilers, so read at your own risk! ** Video information ** ------------------------------------------ This video contains all of the 5 indiviual stories of The Walking Dead 400 Days DLC in chronological order, which is the following: 1) Vince (2 days in - 0:01:45) 2) Wyatt (41 days in - 0:15:02) 3) Russel (184 days in - 0:25:21) 4) Bonnie (220 days in - 0:39:31) 5) Shel (236 and 259 days in - 0:52:18) + final epilogue, which comes after 400 days (Tavia - 1:13:02) Playing in chronological order serves as a logical purpose to follow the correct direction of the storyline, though it is absolutely not a must or requirement. Each of the episodes can be played in any order and decisions will affect the outcome in the same way as any other order. I just choose to use them chronological because it makes more sense. The video also focusses on the 'right' decisions so that at the epilogue all characters are convinced by Tavia to come along with her to the new community. It is a complete playthrough/walkthrough of the game without stops, and I deliberatly covered (not cutted out though) the loading screens so it looks much smoother between the levels, as well as making it some sort of movie that diplays 5 different stories one after another without actual disrupting frames. Everything is on the highest settings, and finally they fixed the shadow problems, so now shadows are highest as well! I hope people can enjoy this walkthrough and/or be able to advance better or understand which decisions have to be made to make all of the characters come with Tavia. Have fun! ** Characters/Decision information ** ----------------------------------------------------- In order to make all of the characters come with you, the following has to be done: - Vince will only come if you choose Justin instead of the Rapist. There is no other way!! - Wyatt agrees instantly with Tavia if you left Eddie behind. Quickly things go out of hand, learning you that there have been multiple attempts of theft to their supplies. You are given the choice to kill the thief they captured, or spare him. When the evening drops, they learned that another member of their group tried to escape. You again are asked to finish her off as the group cannot take any more chances. Kill her? It doesn't appear to be often at the top vote, but it has more chance than other ones simply because it is a fully working map, and people tend to like familiar maps. It is a tensionated map actually, with some really 'hot' choke points. The only major downside is the very unclear ending. The truck seems to be too slow with the result that many player who are still standing in the truck will die (because the truck is still in the trigger_hurt which kills all players). All-in-all a good all-round map, but only once in a while. Have fun! NOTE: This is a fix version. GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape * ze is an abbreviation for Zombie Escape, and is one of the most popular mods in CS:S and CS:GO. The goal is to survive a zombie apocalypse where CT's are humans and T's are zombies. The game starts with a small number of zombies which are randomly assigned after a certain amount of time, and are supposed to expand their horde by chasing humans and knifing them (turning them into zombies). This particular level evolves entirely around the ghosts (phenomenons) that appear in several other levels in the metro tunnels as well. They are souls from dead bodies that relive their past over and over again, as some of atonement for the sins of the human race. Make sure to follow Khan and do what he says! TIP: In order to not accidentically run into Ghosts, remain at Khan his back. As DLC difficulties are not available to everyone, I refused to choose Ranger mode Hardcore. In my opinion, the Ranger difficulties are too difficult and the only thing it does is increase the damage of enemies and lesser ammo, so in theory the AI isn't smarter but only stronger, and that is one of the things I HATE regarding difficulties, because it is a lazy implentment to make you think AI has improved (while it isn't). Easy and normal are on the other hand 'too easy'. - I play on all the highest settings. Note that I do however use Analytic Anti-Aliasing (AAA). Generally, there is a difference between AAA and SSAA but it isn't particularly better. - The software I use is FRAPS. It features a snowy forest with 2 important sideways, and a hefty middle part with a frozen (and slippery!) river. T's can either bomb the Forest House in the middle or the CT spawn. Generally the T's have it easier by trying to plant at the Forest House, but if there's an opening to the CT spawn, I recommend going there as it's far more open and much easier to defend. CT's should defend both middle as their spawn at all times, because once a way is cleared for T's, it's very hard to keep control of both bombsites. I think snipers will love this map as it's very open-area and very large as well. Listening to Khan when he explains the situation rewards a moral point. You HAVE TO KEEP LISTENING! Running away will prevent you from getting the moral point. (0:40 - 1:39) Notice: When in the shrine, any hostile action like shooting or even knifing (even if it's just knifing in the air) will make you lose a moral point. ** Current level information ** ------------------------------------------ Definitly one of the more scary levels of the third chapter, it features a short but intense, action-packed level that requires you to block off passages to save cursed station from the endless invading nosalises. I must say that I think this is the scariest level next to the Library, mainly because this is also the only level aside from the Library that requires you to travel on your own in the plain dark, far away from friendly help, making it even worse. However, this account really for the first try of the game, once you play this level a bit more, you'll understand that most of the nosalises are scripted, and they tend to come at exactly the same places over and over again, so then it becomes much less scary. It is not terribly complicated, but a few things are good to know: - Always maintain a strong flashlight, it's important when you enter the long black tunnel where it's pitchdark most of the way. - Shotgun is your best friend, always reload after a fight so you become prepared for another attack of 2-3 nosalises. - At the crossing section where you have to place a grenade, you can also simply throw a grenade instead of placing it, making it collapse as well. - Make sure to run immediatly after placing the C4 at the end of the tunnel, or you will die! (0:50) 2) After moving a bit forward, you will hear a nosalis growl, then see the anomaly moving fast toward it in the adjacent tunnel. As soon as you hear the growl, stop and don't move until Khan starts talking. (1:32) 3) When you switch tunnels by jumping over some boxes, go right instead of left. Find a body there for a moral point. Do this AFTER the nosalises have been defeated! (2:14) 4) After fighting off the nosalises and going through the railcar, Khan will turn left. Go straight instead and at the end you'll find human bones and another moral point. (4:26) ** Current level information ** ------------------------------------------ Much like the previous level Ghosts, Anomaly expands information on different anomalies (other than ghosts) that are unexplaineable as well, but observeable as an alternative for information. Bonnies story is short, only offering some in-depth dialogue between what seems to be a married couple and Bonnie herself, indicating she was addicted to drugs and that they helped her out, but also indicating that there is clearly something going on between Leland and Bonnie (a relationship). After a heating dialogue between the 3 of them, they are being shot from behind them, and as they run away Bonnie gets hit in her arm. Slowly crawling over the ground and hiding in the farm field, Bonnie finds some cover behind a tractor. A shady person slowly walks into her direction... but who would it be? ** Characters/Decision information ** ----------------------------------------------------- In order to make all of the characters come with you, the following has to be done: - Vince will only come if you choose Justin instead of the Rapist. There is no other way!! - Wyatt agrees instantly with Tavia if you left Eddie behind. If he left you behind, Tavia has to mention that they might find friends or family in the community. - Russel will only come if Tavia mentions that they might find friends or family in the community. There is no other way!! - Bonnie will always come by default, no actions will prevent her from joining Tavia. - Shel will come if you decide to leave the gas station with the RV. If you killed Stephanie instead, she will only come if Tavia brings up the existence of other children at the settlement. The best way would be doing all the right decisions for each of the characters, and only have Russel be the one that needs conviction of Tavia, otherwise you might loose people without being able to do something against it at the epilogue, such as having to choose between either Russel/Wyatt or Shel. As long as you do the right decisions of Shel and Vince, there is a backup factor to save everyone even if you failed a 'good' decision. Enjoy! That's what resumes this map... No of course not, but it's indeed a map based on the Pirates of the Carribean movie, namely the Port Royal which appears in one of its movies. The map features 5 levels with the same beginning each time, but at a certain 'central point' in the map changes directions for different gameplay elements/types and offers a variety of bossbattles that are pretty neat! I wouldn't say that the visuals are that great, though it's far better than what most ZE maps dare to show off. The gameplay, in any case, is definitly there and makes you want to play the map more than often till the end of the timeleft! You can not NOT have played this map, it's just that good. Perhaps if you are one of those "I played it once now I never want to see it EVER AGAIN!" then it's probably good for once, but if you are not (and I hope so) then this map is definitly gonna take your attention all the way till the end! GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape * ze stands for Zombie Escape, and is one of the most funniest mods in css that you can find. The game starts with equal teams in T's and CT's and after 8-10 seconds, one player turns into a zombie and must try to hit other players with his single knife... With a bit of luck, he can already hit 3-5 people in a row, and then the epidemy continiues. Otherwise, you have zombie-hunters, which try to kill the first zombie for a quick win (=boring). Zombies have around 2500-3000 health, players the traditional 100hp. Humans must survive to keep the human race alive, otherwise they will be destroyed for an unending life of torment! Have fun! It serves as a passway to enter the warzone between the Communists and the Reds. The level is pretty self-explaining with a action-paced introduction, leading you to Andrew the Blacksmith. The most important part of this level, regarding personal wealth and armor, is probably the way of making money in this station as well as aquiring special armor and nightvision goggles. If you have all DLC (or even if you haven't any) you can make lots of free profit from the Weapon vendors as you will see in the video. Andrews' cabinet contains expensive weapons, free for you to either use, or as better use sell those to the weapon vendors. So, you should take all the weapons from his cabinet and exchange them with the Duplet to make loads of profit. Then buy better and more useful weapons for the next chapter as you WILL need those. I choose to buy 2x scoped weapons, as they are extremely useful in conjunction with nightvision goggles. The VSV and scpoed pistol with silencer seemed like the perfect choice for me. If you want to aquire the nightvision goggles, you HAVE to buy the Stealth armor! In the next videos I will take the silent and stealthy approach, as it's better and more efficient for dark areas. A dangerous and unpractical approach would be heavy armor and trying to tank all the enemies. Not will this take a tremendous exrta amount of effort (and sometimes time as well) but it's not that strong that it protects you decently from enemy fire, so the stealth is practically the best solution to the next levels of arguably the entire 4th chapter. The pipes did not interact at all, but you CAN collect the following 2 moral points: 1) When Bourbon talks about strange sounds and pipes, crouch next to the pipe on the right side of the tunnel until you hear laughter. 2) After listening to the pipes, go left into the room where the dead body with the Tihar lies. Going back and listening again to the pipes for some more seconds will hurt you and give you a moral point. Apparantly it´s just a bug, but it offers a moral point nevertheless. ** Current level information ** ------------------------------------------ Lost Tunnel is a very good tutorial level on the field of traps in the game and learning to use silence and stealth to your own advantage. Notice that in this video Bourbon decided to shoot the drunk bandit, and as such came to my disadvantage in the gameplay. It is actually one of the harder overall levels, as your weapons are not as powerful, and you do not benefit of any nightvision, making the entire level pretty dark and as such hard to notice any enemies properly. Butterknife himself is one of the pioneers of zombie escape mapping! I have loved playing the map in the time, though seeing many maps growing and evolving so greatly, this style of mapping tends to fade away a little bit. Not that it is a bad thing, since people don't need maps of this low-standard quality anymore, but they still are fun in gameplay I think, and being a veteran map, this will always stay in my mind as one of the first maps I ever played! The map is pretty lineair, and the amount of detail is minimalized, but the fun is there and it's not boring to play it once in a while! One moral point can be collected here ** Alternative Ending tips ** ------------------------------------------ Some things are vital to know before starting the alternative walkthrought: - It is dead important to research where and when moral points can be accumulated. By far the best location to go for a guide is here: http://metrovideogame.wikia.com/wiki/Moral_Points Moral points are the triggers across the entire game that will decide wheter you can unlock the alternative ending (Enlightened achievement) or not and represent the right decisions in the game. You must collect a high amount of moral points before it unlocks, and some moral points CANNOT be missed regardless of the amount you have collected (examples are the MP from Khan in "Driving to Sparta" level and choosing the Dark One twice in 2 visions)! - Contrary to believe, you CAN loot ALL dead bodies found in the Metro channels or the surface. Some guides tell you that looting is incorrect for the enlightened achievement but it has been confirmed many times that this is wrong. So, loot as much as you can! - Some achievements are helpful in conjunction with the alternative ending. Examples are "Merciful", "Invisible" and "Generous". - You'll know when you can trigger the alternative ending at the end: When Khan repeats his message from the Sparta base at the very end of the game (just before the launch of the missiles) it means that you can shoot the missile locator off the tower. To be able to get the alternative ending, you are obliged to do some extra research and harder tasks which are otherwise not essentially noticable on a first runthrough of the game. - The difficulty is hardcore. This game is one of the rare games to have difficult AI even on easy mode! I thought hardcore would give the best balance between all difficulties. As DLC difficulties are not available to everyone, I refused to choose Ranger mode Hardcore. In my opinion, the Ranger difficulties are too difficult and the only thing it does is increase the damage of enemies and lesser ammo, so in theory the AI isn't smarter but only stronger, and that is one of the things I HATE regarding difficulties, because it is a lazy implentment to make you think AI has improved (while it isn't). Easy and normal are on the other hand 'too easy'. - I play on all the highest settings. Note that I do however use Analytic Anti-Aliasing (AAA). Generally, there is a difference between AAA and SSAA but it isn't particularly better. - The software I use is FRAPS. What's good about the map is that it isn't overloading with bad textures and ugly design, but instead gives you a warm feeling and makes it agreeable to walk around and escape from the zombies. There are multiple levels divided into 2 modes (which are of course Normal and Extreme mode). Something less amusing about the map is that it actually uses exactly the same materias from ze_FFVII_Mako_Reactor, whereas only the effect is different... I hoped for some better inspiration regarding the special weapons, but it's the mapper's choice and we all have to respect it. Personally as a mapper myself, this is the FIRST example of what a map can bring out in aesthetics, and as a result make the gameplay extremely enjoyable. The areas are gicantic, the details are present everywhere, and the gameplay is decent, with maybe just a little bit too running. Looking the last throught the eye, this map has become and INSTANT favorite for me, I regard to this map as one of the best maps that have ever been released for the Zombie Escape mod! This not only a recommendation gameplay-wise, but also a masterpiece that could be taken as an example of outstanding scenery and looks! Have fun! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------­-------- General info in-game: * All models are HD (World views). This for the quality of the game, as the standard models are very undetailed. * AUG (Bullpup) Is the only skin that is not default, but it is the only HD skin I could find that almost matches the original one. * Desert Eagle and grenades are same model but another skin. * Both CT's and T's packs are different, they are very highly detailed models. Again because of the poor standard quality * At last, the in-game options are all highest, except for Anti-aliasing, which is x4 instead of x8 for faster performance. GAMEPLAY MODE: Zombie Escape * ze stands for Zombie Escape, and is one of the most funniest mods in css that you can find. The game starts with equal teams in T's and CT's and after 8-10 seconds, one player turns into a zombie and must try to hit other players with his single knife... With a bit of luck, he can already hit 3-5 people in a row, and then the epidemy continiues. Otherwise, you have zombie-hunters, which try to kill the first zombie for a quick win (=boring). Zombies have around 2500-3000 health, players the traditional 100hp. Humans must survive to keep the human race alive, otherwise they will be destroyed for an unending life of torment! Have fun! What's good about the map is that it isn't overloading with bad textures and ugly design, but instead gives you a warm feeling and makes it agreeable to walk around and escape from the zombies. There are multiple levels divided into 2 modes (which are of course Normal and Extreme mode). Something less amusing about the map is that it actually uses exactly the same materias from ze_FFVII_Mako_Reactor, whereas only the effect is different... I hoped for some better inspiration regarding the special weapons, but it's the mapper's choice and we all have to respect it. That's what resumes this map... No of course not, but it's indeed a map based on the Pirates of the Carribean movie, namely the Port Royal which appears in one of its movies. The map features 5 levels with the same beginning each time, but at a certain 'central point' in the map changes directions for different gameplay elements/types and offers a variety of bossbattles that are pretty neat! I wouldn't say that the visuals are that great, though it's far better than what most ZE maps dare to show off. The gameplay, in any case, is definitly there and makes you want to play the map more than often till the end of the timeleft! You can not NOT have played this map, it's just that good. Perhaps if you are one of those "I played it once now I never want to see it EVER AGAIN!" then it's probably good for once, but if you are not (and I hope so) then this map is definitly gonna take your attention all the way till the end!
